The product doesn't come fully charged (which is normal), so I preferred to charge the battery to the maximum using the Profalux charger I already have, to bring it up to 14V (minimum of 13V recommended) as we're in winter.
After installation, the shutter worked perfectly again!
So I'm very satisfied, with much better protection for the flexible wires than the original batteries, whose oxidation was the cause of the failure.

Le produit n’arrive pas chargé au max (ce qui logiquement est normal) donc j’ai préféré charger la batterie au max grâce au chargeur Profalux que je possède déjà pour monter à 14V (mini. de 13V recommandé) comme nous sommes en période hivernale.
Après la mise en place, le volet a parfaitement refonctionné!
