Step-by-step instructions

Step 1. Remove the outer housing

1. Angle the speaker so that the buttons face upwards.
2. Begin at the side opposite the buttons.
3. Insert a plastic lever or opening tool into the gap between the cover and the rubber base.
4. As you carefully lift, you’ll hear the inner catches release one by one.
5. Once all catches are free, pull the cover off completely to expose the internal frame.

Step 2. Remove the protective rubber base

1. Note: Loose screws may be attracted to internal magnets, which could damage the speaker cone – keep them well clear.
2. Remove the four screws located around the edges of the rubber base.
